1. Who we are. SOWBI ANDREA LUXURY RETAIL ("SOWBI ANDREA", "we", "us") operates www.sowbiandrea.com and is responsible for your personal data. 2. What we collect

Identity and contact: name, email, phone, delivery and billing address. Source: you.
Order and account: items, sizes, order history, Wishlist, saved addresses. Source: you and our systems.
Payment: payment method type, last four digits and transaction status. We never see or store full card numbers. Source: our payment providers.
Pre-orders and enquiries: requests, measurements and preferences you submit, and messages to us. Source: you.
Technical: IP address, device, browser, pages viewed and referring site. Source: cookies and similar tools.
Marketing: newsletter subscription and preferences. Source: you.

3. How and why we use it

To process, deliver and support your orders, exchanges and pre-orders: performance of a contract.
To prevent fraud, secure the site, keep records and meet tax and legal duties: legal obligation and legitimate interests.
To respond to your questions and requests: legitimate interests.
To send news of new collections and offers: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
To understand and improve how the site is used: your consent for non-essential cookies, otherwise legitimate interests.

We do not use your data for decisions made solely by automated means that significantly affect you.

4. Who we share it with.

We share data only with providers who help us run the business, under written terms that limit their use of it: website and hosting platform (Wix), payment providers [Razorpay, PayPal], carriers and customs brokers [names], email and customer-support tools [names], analytics and advertising partners [names, only with consent where required], professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires. If we sell or restructure the business, data may transfer to the new owner under this policy. We do not sell your personal data. Where the law requires it, we share data with advertising partners only with your consent.

5. International transfers. We are based in India and serve customers worldwide, so your data may be processed in India and in countries where our providers operate. Where the law requires, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Cookies. We use essential cookies to run the store and, with your permission, analytics and advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie Preferences in the footer.

7. How long we keep it. Order and tax records for 3 years. Account data until you delete your account. Marketing data until you unsubscribe. Pre-order requests that do not convert for 12 months. We then delete or anonymise it.

8. Security. We use encryption in transit, access controls and trusted providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you and regulators of a breach where the law requires.

9. Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

access the data we hold about you and receive a copy;
correct inaccurate data and complete incomplete data;
delete your data, subject to legal record-keeping;
object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing;
receive your data in a portable format;
withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing;
not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

These rights are available under laws including the EU and UK GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and US state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. 10. Complaints. Contact us first and we will try to resolve your concern. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. 11. Children. Our site is not directed at anyone under [18], and we do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Links to other sites. Third-party sites have their own policies. We are not responsible for them.
