SHIPPING POLICY

Every SOWBI ANDREA order is inspected, packed with care and shipped tracked from Chennai, India.

​

1. Where we ship. We ship to the destinations offered at checkout. If your country is not listed, we cannot yet deliver there. We do not ship to PO boxes where the carrier requires a street address, to destinations restricted by law or sanctions, or to any location our carrier will not serve.

2. Processing. In-stock orders are processed within [5 to 7] working days. Orders placed after 4pm IST, on weekends or on Indian public holidays begin processing on the next working day. Pre-orders ship from the date shown on the product page, under the Pre-Order Policy.

3. Delivery times and charges

Transit times start from dispatch, not from the order date. They are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs, weather, strikes and carrier delays. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Duties, taxes and customs. Duties and taxes depend on your destination.

Orders shipped outside India may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total. You are the importer of record and are responsible for paying them, together with any customs clearance charges the carrier applies. Please check your local rules before ordering.

We declare the true value of every shipment as the law requires and do not mark parcels as gifts or understate their value.

5. Tracking. We email a tracking link when your order ships. It also appears under My Orders if you have an account.

6. Delivery address. Please check your address carefully before paying. We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we may charge re-delivery costs.

7. Receiving your parcel. A signature or ID check may be required. Please inspect the outer packaging before accepting. If it is visibly damaged, note this with the carrier and contact us.

8. Refused or unclaimed parcels. If you refuse a parcel, or do not collect it within the carrier's holding period, it returns to us. We then offer store credit for the value of the goods, less the outbound and return shipping, customs charges and any duties incurred. This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Orders with several items. Items may ship separately depending on availability, including when your order combines in-stock and pre-order pieces. We charge shipping once per order. Each parcel has its own tracking.

10. Delays, loss and damage

  • Parcel is late. Contact us if tracking has not moved for [7] days, or delivery is [10] days past the estimate. We investigate with the carrier and keep you updated.

  • Parcel is lost. Contact us within [30] days of dispatch. We open a carrier claim. If the loss is confirmed, we send a replacement where available, or refund the order.

  • Item arrives damaged or incorrect. Email [support email] within [48 hours] of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, label and packaging, and keep all packaging. We arrange a replacement, or a refund if a replacement is not available.

11. Risk and ownership. The goods are at our risk until delivered to the address you gave. Ownership passes to you once we receive full payment and the goods are delivered.

12. Packaging. Each piece is wrapped and shipped in SOWBI ANDREA packaging. Please keep it, because it is required for exchanges (see Exchange Policy).
